John Quinn is the Founder of Pinnacle Performance Group, a strategic finance and CFO advisory firm partnering with growth-stage technology, fintech, and regulated businesses, as well as their CEOs, boards and investors. John brings over 20 years of senior financial leadership experience, including serving as Chief Transformation Officer and CFO for Infrastructure at HSBC, where he worked closely with CEOs, executive management teams, and boards to drive enterprise-wide transformation, disciplined expense management, capital allocation, and measurable returns on investment in highly regulated environments.

John’s background extends far beyond financial strategy, FP&A, operating model optimization, and governance, informed by prior roles as Regional Finance COO and Chief Auditor @ HSBC, and as a management consulting executive at KPMG. John has been a trusted advisor to CEOs, boards, founders and executive sponsors to translate complex financial and operational challenges into clear, value-focused insights that support scalable growth, risk-adjusted decision-making, and successful financial outcomes.
